Refund Policy: a. The initial 50% payment is 100% refundable if the client decides the website is not suitable for their needs. b. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project completion. c. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

Project Scope: a. The project scope will be clearly defined and agreed upon in writing before work commences. b. Any changes or additions to the original scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights in the website remain with the company until full payment is received. b. Upon full payment, the client will receive a license to use the website for its intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability: a. The company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. b. The company is not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses.

Termination: a. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. b. In case of termination, the client is responsible for paying for work completed up to that point.

Dispute Resolution: a. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. b. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through a private arbitrator agreed upon by both parties.
